【摘要】 目的 探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的治疗。方法 1993年11月至2007年11月手术治疗食管贲门癌472例，均为胸内吻合，发生食管胃吻合口瘘17例，发生率3.6%，外院转入3例。在抗感染、静脉营养治疗同时，进行充分胸腔引流、冲洗，结合空肠造瘘、支架封堵等治疗。结果 治愈14例，死亡6例。结论 抗感染、静脉营养支持治疗，充分有效的胸腔引流、冲洗以及空肠造瘘对治疗相当重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapy of anastomotic leakage after upper digestive tract reconstruction.Methods Present a retrospective review of 472 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardia from Nov 1998 to Nov 2007,they were anastomosed in chest all，anastomotic leakage occurred in 17 case with a rate of 3.6%,3 cases came from outside.Progressing wash and stream through thorax canal,linking fistula and bracket of jejunum,resisting infection and alimentation via vein simultaneity.Results 14 patients were cured ......
